Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from Hafslo, Norway. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt of your order, subject to product availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

Within Norway: 2-5 business days.
To Europe: 5-10 business days.
International (outside Europe): 10-20 business days.

These are estimates only and do not include processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays. Expedited shipping options include tracking; standard shipping may not.

We deliver to the address provided during checkout. We may ship items in separate packages if necessary due to stock availability.
For international orders requiring customs clearance:  Additional delays may occur, as we have no control over customs processing times.

You (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country (applies outside Norway).

Uncollected packages or those returned due to incorrect/incomplete address details may incur additional charges for re-shipment. You will receive tracking information (where available) via email once your order has shipped.

Liability Note

NVRLND is not liable for delays, failures, or losses due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, strikes, carrier issues, power outages, or customs delays). Items shipped without tracking are not eligible for compensation if lost in transit.
