Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

Within Norway: 2-5 business days.
To Europe: 5-10 business days.
International (outside Europe): 10-20 business days.

(These are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.)

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please email us at info@nvrlnd.no with photos and details. We will review and arrange an exchange (subject to availability) or refund.

All products purchased during final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to return or exchange:

For the fastest processing (especially for size or design exchanges), we recommend returning the original item(s) and placing a new order for the desired product(s). Return the package to the address provided on your original label (or contact us for instructions).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving the returned product.

Cancellation & Right to Withdraw

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them (or within a reasonable time if not yet received). 
The purchaser is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or if we failed to inform you of this requirement in advance.
